If the government designates a “holiday” that is not AMEWAS-observed, what do I do?

Employees may work (if permitted) or use accrued holiday or vacation leave, make up the hours within the week (non-exempt) or pay period (exempt) or may use LWOP (non-exempt) or LOA (exempt).
