There are currently two ways to put in a ticket:
WEB: Visit https://helpdesk.amewas.com and login using your AMEWAS employee ID # and AMEWAS domain password. Review the ‘SUBMITTING TICKETS BY WEB BROWSER’ section in the work instruction below.
EMAIL: You can submit a ticket by sending your request by email to helpdesk@amewas.com. Review the ‘SUBMITTING TICKETS BY EMAIL’ section in the work instruction below.
