Yes, AMEWAS allows employees to donate their accrued vacation leave to other AMEWAS employees. Employees must be full-time to donate and receive vacation leave. The donating employee will complete Vacation Donation Authorization Form (HRM-FRM-BEN-CORP-0010) found on the Employee Portal here. Once the form is completed, the donating employee will submit to HR for processing. Donations are made anonymously. If approved, the donating employee will be notified of approval and the receiving employee will receive a notification that a “fellow AMEWAS Employee has donated ____ hours of vacation leave.”
