You will receive your lump sum the pay period following your contract anniversary date. All leave is processed after timesheets are posted for the period. For example, if your anniversary is on the 12th and the period ends on the 15th, leave will be processed (typically) within the next four days. You will receive an email from Payroll indicating your lump sum vacation accrual (with the number of hours) has been processed. If you have a positive number of vacation hours remaining at the time the lump sum is deposited, you will get those hours paid out to you (at your regular hourly rate) in the following paycheck.
