I had the following event occur: loss of health coverage, changes in household (married or divorced, had a baby or adopted a child, death in family), how can I enroll/terminate my benefits?

You will need to log in to Employee Navigator<https://www.employeenavigator.com/employee/Home> and submit a qualifying event. You will be required to provide proof of gain/loss of coverage in order to terminate or enroll in AMEWAS benefits outside of open enrollment.
